These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WP SignalStack’s website, plugins, and subscription services.

By using WP SignalStack, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

WP SignalStack provides software tools that connect WordPress websites to third-party platforms to surface marketing and revenue insights.

Services may include:

  • WordPress plugins (free and paid)
  • Subscription-based features (“Pro” plans)
  • Integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Thinkific, HubSpot, Greenhouse)

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
  • You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing period
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.

4. Licensing & Plugin Use

When you purchase or activate a WP SignalStack product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

You may:

  • Use the plugin on websites you own or manage
  • Use the software as part of your business operations

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source logic (except where permitted by law)
  • Circumvent licensing or feature restrictions

License validation may require periodic communication with WP SignalStack servers.

5. Third-Party Services

WP SignalStack integrates with third-party platforms.

  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of those services
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms
  • Integrations may change or break due to third-party updates outside our control

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WP SignalStack to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, abusive, or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of WP SignalStack is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our tools complies with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), especially when handling user data through integrations.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim to provide reliable services, but:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
  • Features may change, improve, or be removed over time
  • We may update pricing, plans, or features with reasonable notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

WP SignalStack is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees that:

  • The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Results or insights will be accurate or complete
  • Integrations will always function as expected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WP SignalStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the previous 12 months.

11. Termination

You may stop using WP SignalStack at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Continued use poses risk to our platform or other users

Upon termination, your license to use paid features ends.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of WP SignalStack indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
